Throughout this final reflection paper, as an EDD student, it is crucial to reflect on my wishes, hopes, and dreams in relation to this course, the EDD program as a whole, and my professional future. Just like the journey of novice to expert, my journey in this course started with a reflection to begin with the end in mind. Then will move through the different journal entries that reflect the different concepts that been addressed through this course. Therefore, this final journal will chronically and critically illustrate the personal learnings that reflect the themes and concepts that are important to me and will influence my future professional journey.

Reflecting on the Journey from Novice to Expert
Throughout my high school years, I learned from my amazing teachers that to be successful in life you need to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to meet the demand of the job market. During that time, I never knew or heard of the Novice to Expert model and not sure if I would’ve cared to know. But, what I knew for certain is that the more skills and the higher academic degree you gain, the more you will be successful in your career. Throughout his paper, I will wake you through my professional life and its alignment with the Novice to Expert mode, will also discuss how the Capella EDD program is vital to my professional path to become an expert and finally will discuss the different values of character exist in my current work.
